Steven Wayne Scarsone (born April 11, 1966 in Anaheim, CA) is a former infielder and former minor league manager. He played all or part of seven seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB) between 1992 and 1999 for the Philadelphia Phillies, Baltimore Orioles, San Francisco Giants, St. Louis Cardinals, and Kansas City Royals.

He was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies in the 2nd round of the 1986 MLB January Draft. He began the 1992 season with Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, but was called up to the Phillies where he made his major league debut on May 15. He recorded his first big league hit in the game against the Cincinnati Reds. He played in seven games before returning to Triple-A.

After retiring from playing, Scarsone became a successful MiLB manager including leading the 2016 Sounds to win the American Southern Division title, winning the PCL Manager of the Year Award. In 2017, he began serving as the A's traveling minor league instructor.
