Thomas Andrew Gregorio (born May 5, 1977) is an American former professional baseball catcher, who appeared in 12 games as a catcher with the Anaheim Angels in 2003. His minor league career extended from 1999 to 2006. Tom was born in Brooklyn and grew up in Staten Island, NY.

Tom played college baseball at Troy University and was drafted by the Anaheim Angels in the 27th round of the 1999 MLB June Amateur Draft. He made his MLB debut on September 5, 2003 and played in his last MLB game on September 27, 2003 getting 19 total at-bats.

Known for being a defensive standout with a strong arm, Tom played eight seasons in the minor league systems of the Oakland Athletics, Seattle Mariners, and Texas Rangers, batting .242/.299/.353. After being released by all three teams in a span of shortly over a year, Gregorio officially retired after the 2006 season. In 2007-2010 Gregorio was a roving catching instructor in the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim organization. He also served as the bullpen catcher for the Los Angeles Angels from the latter part of 2010 through the end of the 2018 season.

Tom has been actively engaged in training youth, including for Clutch Hitting of Staten Island.
