Leonard Edward DiNardo (born September 19, 1979 in Miami, FL) is a former professional baseball pitcher. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) from 2004 through 2009, with the Boston Red Sox, Oakland Athletics, and Kansas City Royals.

Lenny was a left-handed finesse pitcher who was drafted by the New York Mets in the 3rd round of the 2001 amateur draft. He was signed by scout Joe DelliCarri and made his pro debut that summer. The Boston Red Sox acquired him from the Mets organization in the 2003 Rule V Draft. He saw action in 22 games for the Sox in 2004, but was not on the postseason roster, although he received a World Series ring. DiNardo bounced between the Red Sox and the Pawtucket Red Sox in 2005, as he had five separate stints with the parent club.

Lenny pitched in the 2006 World Baseball Classic for Italy as Lenny's great-grandfather emigrated from Italy in 1915. He also played for the team in the 2009 tournament.

He has worked as a pitching instructor in Florida (Fort Myers and Naples) and in South Kingstown, Rhode Island and also as an in-studio baseball analyst with New England Sports Network (NESN). Lenny is on LinkedIn.
