Anthony Michael Ferrari (born June 22, 1978 in San Francisco, CA) is a former Major League Baseball player. He appeared in four games for the Montreal Expos in 2003.

Ferrari attended Redwood High School (Larkspur, California) and Lewis-Clark State College. He was drafted by the Expos in the 44th round of the 2000 Major League Baseball draft. After three years in the minors, he made his major league debut on June 7, 2003. He spent just twelve days in the majors before being sent back down on June 18.

After his brief term in the majors, Ferrari played in the minors for several more years. He most recently pitched for the Camden Riversharks of the Atlantic League in 2007.

Anthony was 0-1 with a 6.00 ERA for the Italian national team in the 2007 Baseball World Cup. He was no match for the team's other former major leaguer with the same initials, Tony Fiore.

Ferrari saved one game for Montepaschi Grosseto in the 2008 European Cup they hosted. In 2 2/3 innings, he allowed no hits or runs and struck out five but walked three. In the 2008 European Cup Final Four, Anthony allowed 3 baserunners but no runs in 1 1/3 IP.
