Joseph Donald Rosselli (born May 28, 1972 in Burbank, CA) is a former Major League Baseball pitcher for the San Francisco Giants in 1995. His record was 2-1 with an 8.70 ERA in nine appearances, five of them starts. He walked 20 batters while striking out just seven. While in the Minors, Joe was named the 1992 Pitcher of the Year California League San Jose Giants.

Rosselli debuted with the Giants in 1995, his fifth season as a pro. In his first major league start in May, 1995, Joe gave up a single run, pitching into the sixth inning, winning the praise of his manager.
