Frank Peter Seminara (born May 16, 1967 in Brooklyn, NY) is former Major League Baseball pitcher. Frank played for the San Diego Padres and the New York Mets from 1992 to 1994. He graduated from Columbia College of Columbia University in 1989. He was all-city while at Xavierian High School, and is the last major league player to come out of Columbia University (Lou Gehrig's Alma Mater).

Frank was selected by the New York Yankees in the 12th Round of the 1988 amateur draft. In 1990, while playing for the Prince William Cannons, he led the Carolina League with 16 wins and a 1.90 ERA and was named the league's Pitcher of the Year .

After being selected by the Padres in the Rule 5 draft, Seminara made his big league debut in 1990 in iconic Wrigley Field, becoming the first Columbia University graduate to pitch in a major league game since 1937. He pitched a shutout into the seventh inning. Frank finished the 1992 season with a 9-4 record and a 3.68 ERA.

The notable thing about Seminara was his delivery. Once he started his windup, there was no part of his body that wasn't in motion. By the time he came toward the plate, his arm was somewhere between three-quarters and a sidearm angle while his body was leaning precipitously to the left, leaving people to wonder how he didn't fall over after every pitch. A funky delivery such as his resulted in an inability to command his pitches, and he finished his career with nearly as many walks (75) as strikeouts (90).

He currently works as managing director at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management. He has been ranked #1 on Forbes' Best-In-State Wealth Advisors in North New Jersey in 2018 and 2019. Frank is also a member of the Columbia University Athletics Hall of Fame.
